ADVERTISING ON YOUR DAILY QUIZ AND REALTY COMPLETE

All ads must be appropriate to the category for which they are being submitted.  In other words, a loan officer would only be allowed to place ads under lenders.  If you would like to negotiate additional advertising, contact us here.

Payment is not due until the ad is placed.  You are on the honor system.  Payments not received by the ad payment deadline will result in the removal of the ad until payment is made.  This may also result in having all future ads delayed until payment is received.  You will receive an e-mail invoice when the ad is posted.  Due to the low cost of the ads, we are not currently accepting credit cards.  Payment must be made by check or money order.  We will notify you where to send the payment.

Advertisers must comply with all state, federal and local fair housing laws, anti-trust laws and all other applicable laws.  We will follow the strictest interpretation of fair housing laws.  For example, “Great Location” or “Location, Location, Location” are not acceptable.  For a list of both acceptable and unacceptable terms, click here.  Although we will check ads for compliance, advertisers assume full responsibility for the wording in their ads.

In the event that the website is acquired by any other individual or corporation, including a corporation owned by the current owner of the website, all current and future responsibilities and liabilities will transfer to that individual or corporation.  In the event of any problems related to the ad, we will not be liable beyond the cost of the ad.  It is your responsibility to immediately notify us if there are any problems or concerns with an ad.  Payment will constitute acceptance of the ad as it is on the website.

Your Daily Quiz does not accept ads for real estate companies, agents or schools, however, those are available on RealtyComplete.com.  We do not accept any ads for website or related services on either site.  Ads on Your Daily Quiz are currently on a negotiated basis only.
