THE STATE LAW QUIZZES ARE COMING!

(And What You Can Do to Help)

Your Daily Quiz and Realty Complete are growing!  State law questions are being gradually added to both sites.  There are already a few law questions for New York and Tennessee on Realty Complete and for Florida, Tennessee and Michigan on Your Daily Quiz, along with the Maryland Law Quiz that was already there.  In just the next few weeks, look for additions to Florida, New York and North Carolina, along with other states as well.  As much as possible, we try to accommodate recent visitors, so by all means let me know where you are so I can do something to help.

You also can do something relatively easy to help!  Ask your instructor to write just one completely original, multiple-choice state law question, with a brief explanation and send it to me via e-mail.  We could use help from every state, but Maryland.  This would require very little effort on the part of you or your instructor, but would allow the state law quizzes to be gradually built up as a valuable resource for students in every state.

There have also been additions to the “Extra Help” section, and the “Topic du Jour” is once again rotating at least once a week, if not every few days (“Topic du Week” just doesn’t have the same ring to it).  Plus, every newsletter will have additional questions.

UTILIZING THE “EXTRA HELP” SECTION

(And a Few New Questions for Subscribers)

The “Extra Help” section of Your Daily Quiz is designed for repeated, quick study.  It is set up to drill you on the various topics.  This can be used over and over again, until the answers are second nature.  It is more difficult to come up with answers out of your head, than picking from multiple-choice, but that’s a GOOD thing!  If you can handle the more difficult task, the multiple-choice becomes a piece of cake.  You may be better off going into the Extra Help section first, and go through it every time you visit.  You will be going through the same questions (although more will be added), but this is a memory tool.  The answers and the vocabulary will stick with you when you are doing multiple-choice questions.
